About Me

Hey there! My name is Steve Lewis and I’m a wedding and portrait photographer in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre, Pennsylvania area. I am also a Leo and I enjoy windy walks and coffee! Hot coffee….lukewarm coffee….cold coffee…iced coffee. Pretty much anything they can squeeze out of that little roasted bean I find enjoyable. I have even included a few photos of coffee on my blogsite here, randomly placed for your amusement. Hey, a blogsite is all about getting to know people, right?

So a little bit about my photography. I started out several years ago working on independent films doing lighting, editing, and camera work. Then one day I decided I would be a better filmmaker if I learned more about photography. (go figure!) So I bought a Canon Rebel on sale and the rest is history. I no longer make films, but I did manage to awaken the sleeping photographer inside of me. (and I bought a much better camera!)

I feel that I bring my passion for visual story-telling to every shoot, and would be honored to help you preserve your most beloved memories. Ultimately, its about you, the subject. Its about your wedding day. Your engagement. Your family, children, or pregnancy, and your satisfaction is by far the most rewarding part of my job.

I’m based in the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre area of Pennsylvania, but I have limited availability shooting anywhere in the world. Especially Dublin. So, yeah. If you want to get married in Dublin, I’m there!
